The kids loved the playroom and tennis.

The deluxe suite was perfect for our family, with

plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the playroom while we relaxed. However, some amenities felt a bit inconsistent, and it would have been nice to have more options for evening entertainment.

Activity schedules need clearer communication!!! It’s time to step up the tennis program and replace missing water sports!!! Having only two sailboats for such a large resort is quite disappointing!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pools were absolutely stunning and well-kept. There were tons of fun activities for our kids. Unfortunately, the restaurant waits were pretty long, which put a damper on things. I'd definitely return!

The food at the specialty restaurants was top-notch, especially the hibachi experience at Manglar, making for unforgettable meals! The staff was super friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home throughout our stay.

The pushy sales tactics for vacation packages were a bit much, turning what should have been a relaxing interaction into a drawn-out ordeal. But despite that, the overall experience remained delightful.

The garden view was stunning. It offered a peaceful escape within the hotel. I appreciated the welcoming staff who were eager to assist whenever needed, enhancing my stay significantly.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby events was disruptive and made it hard to unwind at times.

It was just a perfect match for a two-day stay in Cancun with great value-to-price ratio. The Indian cuisine surpassed my expectations, offering delicious flavors that stood out during my visit. Make sure to try the desserts at all the restaurants. they're a delightful treat.

Facilities are nice with a great kids' club. The beach water is brown and not swim-friendly. Good food options available.

The spacious room allowed our family to spread out comfortably. Access to both Sunrise and Nizuc was fantastic for our kids, especially enjoying the water slide at Nizuc.

Loved the easy access to the beach and the family-friendly vibe at Nizuc. The pool area was fantastic, especially the slide that my kids adored. Activities like morning yoga created a relaxing atmosphere. Food options were plentiful. some meals were excellent, particularly at the Indian restaurant. Staff were polite at most points. However, room service was inconsistent, with some items not up to par. There was a serious push on time share sales, which took away from the vacation feel. After declining several times, sales staff continued to call my room, making it hard to enjoy some quiet moments. Also, the beach area didn’t feel as well maintained compared to other resorts nearby. Dinner wait times sometimes felt too long, especially during peak hours.
